鸡蛋-2(打散)
低粉-55(过筛)
无盐牛油-45
水-85
盐-2
1)将牛油,水,盐煮滚后转小火下面粉快速搅拌均匀离火
2)面团稍凉后将鸡蛋分4-5慢慢加入,每一次搅拌均匀
3)加到2个蛋时,拿起呈现倒三角形就算完成
4)以180-10分,170-20分
